About The Owner
Growing up, I took drafting and shop classes from an early age. It all began in 7th grade with drafting, woodworking, and metalworking classes, where I found my passion. This was before the age of CNC technology. At just 17, in 1979, I embarked on my journey in a local machine shop, becoming their youngest operator. This marked the dawn of CNC, with programmers inputting code onto NC tapes for the machines to interpret. Tool changers were nonexistent, replaced by what we fondly referred to as "dummy lights," signaling tools and part changes. Rewinding tapes after each part was routine, reminiscent of VHS tapes.
After years of honing my craft across various machining industries, from machined parts to plastic injection molds, I decided to venture out independently. Now, my company specializes in crafting speaker parts, prototypes, cabinets, woodwork, aluminum pieces, and plastics. We excel particularly in machining challenging materials like Garolite and stainless steel, although wood, plastic, and aluminum remain our forte.
